Sports
The Electro Sistem Sports Club The purpose of the Electro Sistem Sports Club, affiliated to the Romanian Orienteering is to promote young talents in the discipline of orienteering. Since its establishment on August 13, 2004, our club is proud to have won medals and prizes in many national and international competitions. Each year, the club enrolls approximately 30 athletes and has three sports departments: orienteering, athletics, and ski. In România, for a few years now, the ski orienteering competitions are dominated by the Electro Sistem Sports Club of Baia Mare, ranked 1st in the clubs competition. In 2013 the club was awarded a record number of national medals, 35. Medals Won in National Championships 2015

We assist, not only as supporters but also financially, the local men handball team H.C.M. Baia Mare, and also the Academia de Handbal Minaur. We hope that our support, as well as that of other sponsors, can guarantee the team all resources needed to experience the fame and appreciation of the past.

Since its startup until today, Electro Sistem supported, promoted and encouraged cultural and artistic events through public and private partnerships.
Electro Sistem is the main partner in organizing town main season celebrations, Baia Mare Spring Fest, Baia Mare Summer Fest, Baia Mare Autumn Fest, Sărbătoarea Castanelor Festival as well as Baia Mare Winter Fest.
Publishing projects
Electro Sistem supports various publishing projects related to the local cultural heritage and natural beauties of Maramures. It aids local writers and artists to publish art and culture albums. Thus, starting with 2009, on a yearly basis we publish an art photography album displaying the more or less known facets of tradition, history, culture, and remarkable landscape of north-western Romania whose main focal point is the city of Baia Mare.
2021, FORTRESS, CASTLES, AND MANSIONS IN MARAMUREȘ
The 2021 album reveals the most representative castles, fortresses, and mansions in Maramureș, across a collection of over 200 images older or closer to our times and through an accessible, pleasant, and interesting historical synthesis. It reveals architectural beauties built with considerable effort by our forerunners, preserved and restored with care and devotion by those in whose care they were left. However, at the same time, ruined edifices are disclosed, reminiscent of the greatness of the old days, but whose fascinating stories still emanate a magic feeling.
2020, BAIA MARE YESTERDAY AND TODAY
This year’s album is a pleasant photographic story with the scent of old postcards that bring back to life dusty places full of memories. It is a gentle return in time, in some of the most famous places of Baia Mare and its surroundings: the Old Downtown, Peace Square, Citadel Square, Vasile Lucaciu and Gheorghe Sincai Streets, Podul Viilor area, the agri-food market area, Baia Sprie, Tăuții-Măgherauș, Seini, Șomcuta Mare, and Coltău

Health, safety, environment, and quality
Environment protection
Electric power is a clean and non-polluting source of energy. The equipment and technology employed in its transportation and distribution process may have unwanted effects on the environment.
We avoid experiencing such effects from the very start of the production process: we employ, where possible, recyclable materials, collect waste, use a special procedure to manufacture the foundation of substations by means of which the shell of the transformer becomes oil-proof and waterproof (thus protecting against infiltrations coming from the outside), we design our products taking into account the reduction of electromagnetic fields, and so forth.
