Under the pressure of market competition companies face an increasingly strong need for specialists, directly and costly experiencing the autonomous and discrepant approach of education. Between high school and university education on one side and employers on
the other, there is now a series of mismatches from the perspective of study programmes synchronization with the requirements of the labour market.

Given this background, Electro Sistem organizes the second meeting in a series of professional subjects based debate sessions.

We would like to discuss the possibility of cooperation between our company, the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca – The University Centre of Baia Mare, The Gheorghe Șincai National College, The Vasile Lucaciu National College, The George Barițiu Technical College, The C.D. Nenițescu Technical College and the Traian Vuia Technical High School of Tăuții Măgherăuș, whose purpose is to activate some collaboration alternatives aimed at decreasing the gap between high school and university education and the labour market (in this particular case, our company), from the standpoint of theoretical and practical knowledge that a young individual develops throughout his/her years of studies.

The discussion will focus on our field of activity and will question the dissemination of models of good practice concerning the provision of qualifications and competences that are relevant to the business environment, finding real placement post-graduation solutions for high school and university graduates and also exploring in a jointly manner the opportunities of European financing.
